Job Description:

We are looking for highly motivated German-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join our remote team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and ensuring seamless processes within different customer service areas. Your responsibilities may include:

• Administration of grid connections
• Claims management
• Coordination of electricity meter changes
• Social media management and customer engagement
• Providing top-notch customer service to help drive a successful energy transition

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1 level or higher) is required
