TotallyAwesome is seeking a fluent Arabic Content Moderator to review and manage Arabic user-generated content. This includes identifying violations (e.g. graphic, harassing, or sensitive content) and ensuring compliance with community standards. The role demands cultural sensitivity, high attention to detail, and emotional resilience, as well as strong communication in both Arabic and English.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Moderate Arabic content in real time for policy compliance
• Flag and escalate harmful or violating content (e.g. sexual, violent, harassment-related)
• Stay aligned with moderation guidelines and maintain accuracy
• Collaborate with internal moderation teams and tools
• Report content trends and regional risks in Arabic-speaking markets
• Attend training and maintain quality calibration

🎯 Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Fluent Arabic (native or near-native) + professional English proficiency
• Prior experience in moderation, customer service, or community management
• High emotional intelligence and resilience handling sensitive materials
• Solid understanding of Middle Eastern / Arab digital culture & norms
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content policies, and digital platforms
