Senior Fiat Growth Strategist – Growth & Local Activation (Crypto Native)

About the Role:
Drive user growth for fiat on/off-ramp products like P2P, local payment methods, and fiat channels. Own end-to-end strategy and execution of growth initiatives across multiple markets with strong data, product, and regional alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute localized growth strategies for fiat products
- Lead multi-channel user acquisition (SEO/SEM, social, offline, referral programs)
- Monitor conversion funnel and optimize for user retention
- Collaborate with Product, BD, Compliance, AML, and Payment teams
- Integrate and promote local payment methods (bank transfers, mobile wallets)
Requirements:
- 5+ years in growth/marketing, especially with rebate or volume-based models
- Deep understanding of fiat systems and crypto exchange operations
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
- Proven multi-country execution experience
- Fluent in English; excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Crypto/FinTech background and knowledge of high-potential markets is a plus
