Role Overview

This Operations-focused role within the Binance Accelerator Program provides exposure to VIP products, product lifecycle management, and user growth strategies. You will work with product, marketing, and operations teams to support the smooth execution of initiatives that improve user experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of VIP products, helping ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and align on product-related goals.
• Campaign Execution: Support planning and rollout of marketing campaigns, user events, and product promotions to boost user engagement and growth.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure seamless delivery of growth initiatives.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report campaign effectiveness; provide insights to refine marketing and product strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong logical thinking and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a quick learner.
• Excellent team collaboration skills.
• Experience:
• Prior internship or academic experience in operations, product management, or marketing preferred.
• Familiarity with DeFi, fintech, or cryptocurrency is a strong plus.
• Interest: Demonstrated passion for crypto and blockchain technologies.
