🔍 Role Overview:

Lead end-to-end procurement for ZoomInfo's IT vendor contracts, including sourcing, negotiating, onboarding, compliance, and vendor management. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure cost-effectiveness, contract integrity, and operational efficiency.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee intake, review, negotiation, and execution of IT contracts (incl. SaaS, IaaS)
• Lead RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and vendor selection processes
• Manage renewals, terminations, payments, and supplier onboarding
• Analyze spend, benchmark pricing, and optimize vendor agreements
• Maintain metrics for procurement performance and vendor SLAs
• Act as a subject matter expert in procurement best practices

🧠 What You Bring:

• 5–7 years in IT procurement, sourcing, or contract management
• 3+ years negotiating medium-to-large IT/SaaS contracts
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills
• Experience with global vendors and procurement governance
• BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
