🔧 Role Responsibilities (Backend – Java)

• Full software development lifecycle: from requirements and design to coding, testing, and deployment
• Write and maintain high-performance production code
• Collaborate with research teams to enhance trading model effectiveness
• Work with trading and operations teams to develop new product features and improve infrastructure
• Optimize trading systems to handle high-frequency, large-scale transactions
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks, bugs, and implement backend performance improvements
• Participate in code reviews, improve documentation, and share best practices
• Provide support during production incidents and respond to technical inquiries

🧠 Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java and experience across the entire development lifecycle
• Understanding of backend architecture, software design, and system integration
• Knowledge of:
• Multi-threading and concurrency
• RESTful APIs and enterprise integration patterns
• Event-driven architectures
• Bonus if you have experience with:
