About the Role:

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is an immersive experience designed for Early Career Talent to explore and contribute to the rapidly expanding Web3 space. As part of the Marketing (Swag Team), you will support the events team in managing and coordinating swag-related duties, which include vendor management, inventory control, and ensuring smooth operations for the distribution of swag items.

This role will offer you an exciting opportunity to learn about marketing operations, project management, and logistics within one of the world's leading blockchain ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Swag Coordination: Support the events team with swag-related duties, including organizing swag requests and approvals from business units (BUs).
• Vendor and Procurement Management: Coordinate with internal teams for sourcing vendors, managing contracts, and overseeing budget allocation for swag.
• Inventory Management: Track swag inventory, coordinate restocking, and ensure all stock levels meet marketing requirements while staying within budget.
• Logistics and Distribution: Oversee the collection, distribution, and delivery of swag items to internal stakeholders and external partners. Maintain an organized tracking system for approvals and deliveries.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal administrative and procurement teams to manage all aspects of swag logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Requirements:

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure organized management of swag distribution and inventory.
• Collaboration Skills: Must work well with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Project and Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Adaptability: Flexible and able to work remotely, with adaptability to changing schedules and project needs.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace: Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms to manage tasks and communicate effectively.
• Language Requirements: Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders.
• Experience in Vendor Management: Previous experience in budget management and vendor coordination is a plus.
• Commitment: Able to commit to a full-time role for a 6-month period as part of the Binance Accelerator Program.
