About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships to lead strategic relationship building with top Affiliates, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), VIP clients, and Brokers. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of crypto innovation and client strategy, ideal for professionals passionate about Web3, digital finance, and ecosystem growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with Affiliates, KOLs, and Brokers.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (VIPs) to drive product engagement and trading volume.
  • Design and execute custom campaigns and initiatives tailored to the needs of each client group.
  • Growth Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Launch and optimize affiliate and broker programs.
  • Develop creative incentive structures to attract and retain VIP clients.
  • Leverage insights from the crypto community to inform strategy and outreach.
  • Client Success & Product Feedback
  • Serve as the main point of contact for VIP clients and partners, ensuring excellent service and issue resolution.
  • Collect feedback and collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, compliance, legal) to inform product improvements.
  • Market Research & Community Engagement
  • Stay on top of crypto trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Represent Crypto.com at industry events, conferences, and community gatherings.
  • Conduct outreach activities to strengthen local and global ecosystem presence.
  • Contracting & Reporting
  • Draft, negotiate, and close client and partnership agreements.
  • Track and report on performance metrics and business impact.


Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 with a strong understanding of the ecosystem.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, financial product sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven network within Affiliates, KOLs, Brokers, or VIPs in the local and/or global market.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and monetizing partnerships with clear KPIs and outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is required.
  • Willingness to attend events and travel for business when needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in digital assets, trading platforms, or fintech.
  • Exposure to client acquisition campaigns, influencer marketing, or broker programs.
  • Strong familiarity with social platforms (YouTube, Twitter, TikTok) and crypto community behavior.
  • Prior experience negotiating B2B or institutional deals in a high-growth startup environment.
