🎯 Role Summary

Crypto.com is looking for a Security AI Engineer & Assurance Analyst to lead and execute AI-driven security initiatives. This hybrid role combines AI development, security automation, and assurance project management, with an emphasis on developing and operationalizing machine learning models and protecting AI systems from security risks.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

AI Engineering

• Lead AI projects end-to-end: requirements, development, deployment, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and translate security challenges into technical AI solutions.
• Prototype AI security tools using deep learning, NLP, or computer vision techniques.
• Develop and deploy scalable AI models for production environments.
• Automate security workflows to boost operational efficiency for the Security and Privacy teams.
• Evaluate and benchmark AI models to enhance reliability, accuracy, and robustness.
• Apply industry-standard security protocols to safeguard AI systems from adversarial attacks.

Security Assurance & Risk Management

• Lead security assurance projects: perform analysis and coordinate internal/external stakeholders.
• Identify, document, and track security risks in critical systems.
• Manage remediation plans and report progress to senior leadership.

🛠 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Proficient in Python, Java, C++, or similar; experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Prompt engineering
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Proven ability to independently manage AI projects from start to finish.
• Experience with automating security workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, risk assessment, and AI-specific security concepts is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills (especially in English).
