🔧 Your Role

As a Blockchain Engineer, you will:

• Research and develop blockchain protocols, modules, technologies, and algorithms.
• Design technical specifications, test strategies, and implementation plans.
• Develop and optimize smart contracts, focusing on efficiency and security.
• Contribute to open-source projects and engage with the developer community.
• Create technical documentation and share knowledge with the team.
• Work in a bilingual (English & Chinese) environment, supporting global collaboration.

🛠️ What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in blockchain or distributed systems development.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Golang, Rust, C++.
• Solid experience with Solidity, including contract development, optimization, and using tools like Truffle, Hardhat, and OpenZeppelin.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and the ability to build proof-of-concept (PoC) prototypes quickly.
• Knowledge of major blockchain platforms and their core algorithms (e.g. Ethereum, Cosmos, Optimism).
• Experience in cryptography and zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) is a big plus.
• Ability to quickly read and understand English-language research papers and technical documentation.
• Self-motivated with strong research skills and the ability to work independently.

⭐ Bonus Points

• Proven track record of contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
• Experience with ZK-EVMs or zero-knowledge rollups.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese for seamless communication across global teams.
