🎯 Role Overview

As UX Design Lead, you will own and scale the end-to-end user experience for UR across multiple user journeys — from onboarding and KYC, to crypto on/off-ramping, cross-chain transfers, and card activation. This role blends product strategy, UX research, copy, and cross-functional leadership.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

Lead UX Strategy: Own experience architecture across flows — onboarding, card use, transfers, KYC, etc.
Context-Driven Design: Adapt UX to different user modes and decision points.
User Research & Metrics: Plan and lead research initiatives; define metrics for success (e.g., drop-offs, completion rates).
UX Writing: Write clear, human, in-app copy — tooltips, error states, onboarding tips.
Mentor Designers: Coach UI designers to elevate UX thinking across the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Challenge constraints and align design, product, and engineering on user-centric decisions.
Design Systems Thinking: Ensure experiences are cohesive, consistent, and contextually meaningful.

✅ What You Bring

7+ years of UX design experience, ideally within consumer fintech or digital banking
Proven success designing and shipping full user journeys in 0→1 or early-stage products
Strong research, writing, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic thinking balanced with a hands-on, iterative mindset
Comfortable navigating constraints (e.g., regulatory, technical, compliance)
Experience mentoring or leading other designers
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on user experience — even beyond the app
