🧠 About the Role

As a Creative Designer, you'll create visually compelling and brand-consistent content across marketing campaigns, product interfaces, websites, and social media. Your work will help translate complex Web3 concepts into engaging, user-centered designs that resonate across platforms.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Design digital and print assets: campaign visuals, website elements, product UI elements, and social content
• Contribute to brand development and maintain design consistency across touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize creative direction
• Translate abstract Web3/crypto concepts into clear visual narratives
• Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design platforms to deliver polished outputs
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and fast-changing project scopes

✅ What You Bring

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic, digital, or motion design
• Strong portfolio across branding, UI/UX, motion, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma (or equivalents)
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Clear communicator and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in fast-paced, iterative design environments
• Bonus: Familiarity with Web3, crypto, or blockchain design
