The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of Ripple’s stablecoin (RLUSD) and expand our global payments network. You will develop strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, enterprises, and crypto-native companies.

The ideal candidate is experienced in deal-making, partnerships, and business strategy in finance, fintech, or crypto. You should be comfortable navigating complex deals, working cross-functionally, and operating in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Execute Ripple’s business development strategy to expand payments, stablecoin, and custody solutions.
• Develop strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, payment service providers (PSPs), enterprises, and crypto companies.
• Lead deal execution, including sourcing, analyzing, negotiating contracts, and presenting to leadership.
• Manage market research, partner pipeline, and deal reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, finance, and customer success teams.
• Represent Ripple at industry events and conferences.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in banking, fintech, tech, consulting, or crypto.
• Background in international payments, fintech, and digital assets.
• Proficiency in blockchain technologies, tokenization, and stablecoins.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment and solve problems proactively.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
