Title: Director, GTM (Go-to-Market) Consulting

Location: Waltham, MA (On-site or hybrid expected)

Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $180,000 – $247,500 base (plus bonus, equity, and benefits)

Reports to: VP, Business Consulting (ZoomInfo Labs)

🎯 What This Role Is About

You will lead the ZoomInfo Labs GTM Consulting team, managing multiple high-impact consulting engagements with Fortune 500 and enterprise clients. This role is both strategic and operational, focusing on scaling the professional services organization and helping large customers optimize their go-to-market (GTM) strategies using ZoomInfo's platform.

You'll act as a thought leader, team builder, and client advisor, contributing to both top-line growth and product innovation by bridging client needs with internal roadmaps.

📌 Strategic Leadership & GTM Methodology

• Shape the vision and roadmap for the Business Consulting org.
• Develop scalable GTM frameworks and best practices.
• Drive transformation and adoption of ZoomInfo tools for high-value clients.

👥 Organizational Management

• Lead and develop multiple consulting teams.
• Create career paths, performance frameworks, and talent development programs.
• Build a high-performing, client-obsessed culture.

💼 Client Engagement & Revenue Growth

• Own executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders at major enterprises.
• Oversee the most complex, high-impact engagements.
• Expand professional services through upsell opportunities and service innovation.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS to align consulting with product and GTM initiatives.
• Feed insights back into product roadmaps and company strategy.
• Create partnerships with tech vendors and consulting firms.

📊 Operational Excellence

• Implement KPIs, reporting frameworks, and QA systems.
• Ensure consistent delivery quality, operational scalability, and client satisfaction.
