Salary: A$66.8K/yr - A$90K/yr (including uncapped commissions)

About the Role:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at HubSpot, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, self-motivated, and eager to excel in tech sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume prospecting (40-60 calls per day) to generate qualified leads.
- Work closely with an assigned Account Executive to develop and execute prospecting strategies.
- Collaborate with sales management and marketing teams to ensure high-quality discovery calls.
- Schedule and conduct needs assessment calls with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM tools (Salesforce, Outreach).
- Continuously seek feedback and improve sales techniques to drive results.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience in a high-volume outbound sales role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong ability to handle objections and rejection while maintaining resilience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- High technical aptitude and curiosity to master sales tools and CRM platforms.
- A customer-first mentality and strong growth mindset.
