About the Role:

As the Customer Success Lead, you’ll own the entire post-sales customer journey, ensuring that customers maximize the value of their infrastructure on Conduit. You will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering to drive seamless onboarding, proactive account management, and customer health monitoring. You’ll also identify expansion opportunities and mitigate potential risks.

This is a high-impact, strategic role where you'll manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise and digital-first accounts, ensuring renewals and revenue growth. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to build and scale the Customer Success team.

You will report to the Sales Leader and oversee a portfolio generating $5M+ in ARR.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire post-sales experience, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise and digital-first accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales to drive revenue expansion through upsells, cross-sells, and custom product offerings.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities.
  • Develop scalable customer success processes to support both high-touch and digital-first accounts.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS or infrastructure.
  • Experience managing both large enterprise accounts and digital-first customer success processes.
  • Proven track record of driving renewals and expansion revenue across a portfolio of accounts.
  • Experience implementing scaled customer success strategies.
  • A startup mindset—adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to learn from both successes and failures.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with highly technical products and customers.
  • Knowledge of blockchain, Web3, or infrastructure-related SaaS products.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain rollup architecture and trade-offs between different designs and implementations.
