Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Blockchain Developer with deep expertise in Solidity and JavaScript. In this role, you’ll build and maintain smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and full-stack Web3 solutions from end to end. This position is ideal for a developer who thrives in both smart contract engineering and frontend/backend integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy secure, efficient smart contracts using Solidity.
• Design and build responsive, performant Web3 frontends using JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks.
• Integrate smart contracts with frontend applications via web3.js, ethers.js, or similar libraries.
• Write unit and integration tests for smart contracts and frontends.
• Optimize dApp performance and gas usage for production environments.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest in blockchain tooling, frameworks, and protocols.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional development experience, with at least 2–3 years in blockchain/Web3.
• Strong proficiency in Solidity and experience writing and deploying smart contracts to Ethereum or EVM-compatible chains.
• Solid experience with JavaScript, plus modern frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.
• Familiarity with Ethereum development tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle.
• Experience with decentralized storage (IPFS), wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect), and security best practices.
• Understanding of smart contract testing, debugging, and gas optimization.
• Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile workflows.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Layer-2 solutions (e.g., Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync).
• Experience with backend development using Node.js or Express.
• Knowledge of other smart contract languages (e.g., Vyper) or frameworks (e.g., Subgraph, The Graph).
• Contributions to open-source Web3 projects.
