Role Overview

As the Growth Operations Manager for Indonesia, you will be instrumental in expanding Binance’s on/off ramp services in the Southeast Asia region. The role blends growth strategy, market insight, user acquisition, and operational support—requiring deep knowledge of the Indonesian fintech and crypto landscape, along with strong language and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through partnerships with agents, clients, and stakeholders.
• Design and execute online and offline campaigns for user engagement, acquisition, and retention.
• Handle P2P transaction disputes and assist users in resolving issues.
• Monitor transactions, investigate suspicious activities, and report findings.
• Conduct market and data analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Work closely with the product team to suggest and implement improvements to the P2P platform.
• Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders to align on deliverables.
• Provide ongoing market research, competitor benchmarking, and local insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business development, operations, or growth roles within fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; other Asian languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Deep understanding of the Indonesian fintech and crypto market.
