We're looking for a Junior Account Executive to support our growing team by managing client accounts, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting & Reporting:
• Maintain and prepare financial records as per applicable accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws including the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST regulations.
• Support year-end closing and auditing processes.
• Taxation & Compliance:
• Handle GST compliance, including filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns (GSTR-9/9C).
• Reconcile GST input credit and resolve mismatches.
• Deduct and deposit TDS as per the Income Tax Act, file TDS returns, and issue Form 16/16A.
• Prepare and file income tax returns (ITR) for both companies and individuals.
• Internal Controls & Audit Support:
• Implement financial controls to prevent fraud.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Statutory Compliance:
• Assist with MCA filings (AOC-4, MGT-7) and ensure ongoing ROC compliance.
• Maintain statutory registers per the Companies Act.
• Liaise with auditors and tax consultants for compliance-related matters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
• CA Inter / CMA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA/CMA (preferred).
• Certification in GST, Income Tax, and other relevant certifications.
• Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in an Indian private company.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime/ERP 9 is mandatory.
• Experience with CompuTax and a strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and the Companies Act compliance.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong understanding of financial audits and internal controls.
• High integrity and confidentiality when handling financial data.
• Ability to work collaboratively with auditors, banks, and tax authorities.
