What You Will Do:

• Office Operations: Manage communication with building management, coordinate inspections, and ensure the office is organized and welcoming.
• Team Support: Collaborate with staff to optimize the office environment, making sure everything is set up for comfort and functionality.
• Budget & Purchases: Keep office purchases within budget, track receipts, and ensure timely orders.
• Inventory Management: Oversee office supplies, keys, equipment loans, and IT hardware management.
• Stocking & Catering: Ensure the office is stocked with snacks, beverages, and manage catering arrangements for meals and events.
• Deliveries & Mail: Handle incoming deliveries from UPS, USPS, and FedEx, ensuring packages are received and distributed promptly.
• Office Events: Help organize in-office celebrations such as birthdays and work anniversaries.
