Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to create and execute marketing strategies that increase awareness, utility, and adoption of the Mantle token. This role will also focus on driving engagement with our community and ecosystem partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Monitoring: Stay informed on market momentum and Mantle-related communications to deliver strategic messaging and capture market sentiment.
• Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive campaigns to promote the utility and adoption of the Mantle token.
• Community Engagement: Work with the community management team to engage token holders and foster loyalty.
• Educational Campaigns: Develop campaigns to educate users on the benefits and use cases of the Mantle token.
• Partnerships: Collaborate with exchanges, wallet providers, and other partners to increase token visibility and accessibility.
• Token-Related Initiatives: Coordinate token listings, co-marketing campaigns, and other initiatives with external partners.
• Campaign Analytics: Measure the success of campaigns with KPIs such as user engagement, token transaction volume, and adoption rates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, developer relations, and business development teams to align token marketing strategies with broader company goals.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Experience in token marketing, crypto marketing, or related roles within the blockchain industry.
• Understanding of Blockchain: Strong knowledge of tokenomics, DeFi, Web3 ecosystems, and crypto user behavior.
• Campaign Management: Experience managing campaigns with exchanges, wallets, and ecosystem partners.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performance.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional content creation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Passion for Blockchain: A deep understanding and passion for blockchain technology.
• Independent Worker: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Token Marketing Experience: Previous role in token marketing at a blockchain or crypto-focused company.
• Growth Hacking & Community Marketing: Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and community-driven marketing approaches.
