About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Tenderly. You will be on the front lines of our sales efforts, helping to build relationships, engage with prospects, and enrich our sales pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about Web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology who wants to dive deep into the NFT and DeFi sectors, all while contributing to the future of Ethereum and Bitcoin.


What You’ll Do:

  • Discover: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential customers, key decision-makers, and organizations that would benefit from Tenderly’s blockchain and Web3 solutions.
  • Connect: Initiate meaningful contact with leads, building relationships and sparking interest in our innovative DeFi platform and cryptocurrency solutions.
  • Engage: Dive deep into conversations with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and how Tenderly can help solve them with Ethereum, NFTs, smart contracts, and more.
  • Qualify: Assess and qualify leads, ensuring that only the most promising opportunities move forward to the sales and business development teams.
  • Organize: Maintain detailed records in Salesforce, ensuring all interactions are logged and every lead is nurtured.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing team to refine messaging, drive innovative outreach strategies, and create experiments that resonate in the blockchain and crypto space.


About You:

You're a go-getter with a passion for sales and the Web3 space. You thrive in an environment where you can engage with prospects and dive deep into the complexities of blockchain technology. Here’s what makes you the perfect fit for Tenderly:

  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly and persuasively about cryptocurrency, Ethereum, and NFT technologies.
  • You have experience using CRM tools (e.g., Attio, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
  • You're fearless when it comes to making outbound calls and reaching out to potential customers in the DeFi and blockchain world.
  • You are quick to grasp new tools, technologies, and concepts related to smart contracts, Bitcoin, and Web3 solutions.
  • You have sales or customer service experience and at least one year of experience in a GTM team.
  • You’re excited about the potential of Web3 and blockchain technology and eager to dive into its complexities.
