Role: Software Engineer – AI Agent Systems

🧠 Responsibilities

This is not a typical ML role — it’s focused on AI agents, autonomous systems, and tool-use AI.

• Design & implement intelligent agent architectures (multi-step planning, tool use, real-time interaction)
• Integrate agents with external tools, APIs, LLMs
• Enable human-agent collaboration (feedback, clarification)
• Optimize agent behavior for reliability, reasoning, and efficiency
• Develop monitoring and evaluation systems for agents
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and AI research teams
• Stay on top of research trends in LLMs and autonomous systems

✅ Core Requirements

• 3+ years experience in AI/ML, ideally with a focus on autonomous agents
• Programming in Python and Golang
• Strong foundation in:
• LLMs (e.g. GPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Prompt engineering
• Agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.)
• Planning, RL, symbolic reasoning
• Familiarity with infrastructure for deploying real-time systems

➕ Preferred Qualifications

• Built or deployed production-level AI agents
• Experience with:
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Autonomous evaluation frameworks
• Agent safety & alignment
• Workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, etc.)
• Competed in algorithm competitions (e.g., ACM, NOI)
• Contributions to open-source AI/agent projects
