About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition at Zamp. This role is critical in attracting and retaining top talent who align with our innovative vision and company culture. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the internet/fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute scalable recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for both technical and non-technical roles.
✅ Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
- Leverage data-driven recruitment to optimize hiring efforts and measure effectiveness.
✅ Screening & Interviewing
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure efficient and high-quality hiring decisions.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with the founder and leadership team to align hiring efforts with business goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
✅ Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Create compelling job postings and showcase Zamp’s culture to attract top talent.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
✅ Industry Research & Market Trends
- Stay updated on industry best practices, hiring trends, and talent market insights.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to stay competitive in the talent market.
Qualifications & Skills
✔️ 6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, hiring for both technical and non-technical roles in fast-paced environments.
✔️ Proven track record in sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent.
✔️ Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring requirements.
✔️ Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔️ Data-driven mindset, with experience in tracking and optimizing recruitment KPIs.
✔️ A proactive, tenacious, and adaptable approach to hiring in a fast-scaling startup environment.
