We are looking for a mid-level AI Engineer to play a key role in defining and executing our AI strategy. You will work on AI/ML research, model development, and deployment, ensuring ethical AI practices and maximizing business value.

Key Responsibilities

🧠 AI/ML Development & Research

• Design, build, optimize, and deploy AI/ML models tailored to real-world challenges.
• Train and fine-tune models using advanced algorithms, cross-validation, and hyperparameter optimization.
• Conduct rigorous testing, prototyping, and performance assessments before production deployment.
• Stay informed on emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

🔗 Integration & Deployment

• Work with software engineers and DevOps to implement APIs and integrate models into production.
• Deploy real-time decision-making AI solutions for Web3, blockchain, and metaverse applications.
• Develop agentic frameworks, chatbots, and AI automation tools.

📊 Data Analysis & Insights

• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and develop visual dashboards to present AI insights.
• Translate complex data trends into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Establish monitoring systems to track model performance and proactively address anomalies.

📈 Innovation & Strategy

• Identify new AI methodologies, tools, or processes to improve workflow efficiency.
• Define AI/ML research roadmaps and document solution architectures for future reference.
• Ensure all AI models adhere to ethical AI and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

✅ 1–2 years of AI/ML experience with real-world applications.

✅ Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and machine learning frameworks.

✅ Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, deep learning, and functional design principles.

✅ Experience with REST API development, NoSQL database design, and SQL optimization.

✅ Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

✅ Passion for AI, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Preferred Experience
