We are seeking a Token Marketing Manager to drive token awareness, utility, and adoption while engaging our community and partners.

Key Responsibilities

🚀 Market Insights & Strategy – Monitor market momentum, analyze Mantle news, and deliver strategic messaging to capture sentiment.

📈 Token Utility & Adoption – Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Mantle token use cases.

🤝 Community Engagement – Work with the community management team to engage and foster loyalty among token holders.

🎓 Educational Campaigns – Create campaigns to educate users on the benefits and applications of the Mantle token.

💼 Ecosystem Collaboration – Partner with exchanges, wallets, and ecosystem projects to increase token accessibility.

📢 Token-Related Initiatives – Coordinate listings, co-marketing campaigns, and partnerships to enhance visibility.

📊 Performance Analysis – Track KPIs such as user engagement, token transactions, and adoption rates.

🎯 Cross-Team Coordination – Align token marketing strategies with product, developer relations, and business development teams.

Requirements

✅ Proven experience in token marketing, crypto marketing, or blockchain industry roles.

✅ Deep understanding of tokenomics, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystems.

✅ Experience managing campaigns with exchanges, wallets, and partners.

✅ Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools for performance optimization.

✅ Strong communication, content creation, and presentation skills.
