Role Overview:

BCG seeks a seasoned Global IT Program Management Director to lead high-impact, cross-functional technology programs within its global IT and platform engineering ecosystem. This role is critical for scaling BCG’s platform engineering capabilities, vendor management, and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-domain IT programs
• Define program governance frameworks and ensure outcome-focused delivery
• Manage 300+ IT vendors; optimize sourcing, cost, and vendor performance
• Translate strategic objectives into executable delivery roadmaps
• Mitigate cross-program risks and manage interdependencies
• Enable engineering teams by managing communication, planning, and orchestration
• Build repeatable frameworks for program management at scale
• Promote a culture of agility, performance metrics, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred
• 12+ years of experience in IT program management or technology delivery
• Proven success in managing global, enterprise-scale digital programs
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with enterprise IT, digital transformation, and platform delivery
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
