About the Role:
Join Udemy and be part of a team helping to define the future of learning. As an IT Support Specialist, you will support the CorpIT Support team and collaborate with Workplace, IT Engineering, and Onboarding teams. This role involves handling employee lifecycle management, office initiatives, and IT support for global and local events, ensuring alignment with IT SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 and L2 technical support to Udemy internal customers for end-user computing technologies.
- Serve as the onsite point of contact for IT requests in the APAC region.
- Assist with employee and hardware lifecycle management, including onboarding, application provisioning, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with teams across Workplace, IT Engineering, and Onboarding.
- Address IT requests, escalate as needed, and document processes to improve IT support.
- Assist with MDM system requests, asset management, and endpoint automation.
- Support corporate initiatives such as office moves, A/V, and maintenance.
- Research and test enterprise solutions for L3 teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of technical support experience in a SaaS environment, with knowledge of cloud-based applications like Okta, GSuite, Slack, and JAMF.
- Proficiency in MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Experience with Active Directory, Intune, and SnipeIT is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, hardware configuration, and installation skills.
- Ability to support executive-level staff at a regional level (APAC).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
