About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join their Customer Support team. This remote role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues for CrowdStrike’s global customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction while working in a dynamic technical environment. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be eager to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving technical issues related to CrowdStrike products.
- Troubleshoot problems at the application and OS level (Windows, Linux, or Mac).
- Work with internal teams and Product experts to resolve bugs and enhance product features.
- Manage customer escalations and provide effective communication throughout the resolution process.
- Contribute to knowledge articles and assist in mentoring/training junior team members.
- Stay current with new technologies and product features.
- Work on shifts/holidays as required by business needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a Product Technical support role, supporting global enterprise customers.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Solid experience with troubleshooting in Windows, Linux, or Mac environments.
- Strong understanding of operating system fundamentals (user/kernel space, memory management, etc.).
- Experience using tools for debugging issues in various OS environments.
Bonus Points:
- SIEM/SOAR: Experience with log management tools, container administration, and query languages.
- Identity Management: Experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, MFA, and authentication protocols.
- Cloud Technologies: Experience troubleshooting in a SaaS environment, debugging API/REST interfaces, and familiarity with cloud platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
