✅ Required Technical Skills & Experience

🔧 Core Java Development

• 5+ years of experience in Java backend development
• Strong foundation in computer science (data structures, algorithms, OOP)

🚀 System Architecture & Performance

• Proficient in multi-threaded programming and JVM internals
• Experience in MySQL performance tuning
• Knowledge of distributed systems, high-concurrency environments, and high-availability architecture

🧰 Technologies & Tools

• Familiarity with Spring Cloud, distributed middleware, caching mechanisms (e.g. Redis), and message queues (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ)

📦 Web3 / Blockchain (Preferred)

• Understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized applications
• Bonus: hands-on with DEX (Decentralized Exchanges) or Web3 Wallets

👨‍💻 Bonus Skills

• Proficiency in Solidity (smart contract development)
• Knowledge of cryptographic algorithms and Web3 protocols
