💼 Role Overview

Title: Financial Analyst, FP&A

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary Range: $108,630 - $127,800 per year + bonus + equity + benefits

Type: Full-time

Experience: 3+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or similar

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis and trend spotting.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close; be the expert liaison for Trust & Risk and Platform teams.
• Prepare business reviews and financial presentations for leadership.
• Develop tools and insights for budget allocation, attribution, and reporting to drive decisions.
• Work cross-functionally on P&L forecasting, headcount management, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Deliver compelling presentations summarizing financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Handle special projects and analyses requested by senior management.

👤 Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of relevant financial analysis experience in fast-paced environments
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Track record of delivering process improvements with multiple stakeholders
• Skilled at summarizing complex financial topics for executives
• Detail-oriented and proactive attitude

🎯 Nice to Haves

• Experience with visualization tools (Looker) and financial software (Anaplan, Coupa, NetSuite)
• SQL and Python skills for working with large datasets and creating visualizations
• Experience in financial tech, crypto, or traditional financial services
