The Role:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at HubSpot, you’ll get the chance to work at the forefront of the tech world, generating qualified leads and delivering tailored CRM solutions to businesses. You’ll be part of a high-performing sales team, working alongside Account Executives to increase our presence in the Web3 space and beyond. Your telemarketing expertise and consultative approach will drive our sales pipeline as you connect with future clients, whether they’re from the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or traditional industries.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct High-Volume Prospecting: Make 40-60 calls a day to generate qualified leads from businesses interested in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and more.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives: Work hand-in-hand with a dedicated Account Executive to develop targeted prospecting strategies that will resonate with clients in both traditional sectors and the rapidly growing crypto ecosystem.
  • Engage with C-Level Executives: Confidently speak with executives from the DeFi, cryptocurrency, and NFT sectors, showcasing HubSpot’s market-leading CRM capabilities and how we can drive their business growth.
  • Schedule Discovery Calls: Organize key discovery calls to deepen our engagement with prospects and further develop opportunities within the blockchain and Ethereum space.
  • Work Across Teams: Collaborate with marketing, sales management, and leadership to enhance our sales strategy, using cutting-edge technology tools and insights to connect with the right people.


Who Are You?

  • Sales Experience: You have outbound sales experience (preferably high-volume), where you’ve mastered the art of cold-calling and objection-handling.
  • Track Record of Achievement: You consistently exceed goals and enjoy the challenge of meeting and surpassing sales targets in fast-paced environments.
  • Tech-Savvy and Curious: You’re quick to master new tools and have a genuine curiosity for business and emerging technologies like blockchain and cryptocurrency.
  • Growth Mindset: You’re driven to continuously improve, whether that’s by gaining more insight into Web3 technologies or actively seeking feedback from peers to boost your performance.
  • Resilient and Customer-First: You thrive in situations where rejection is part of the game, and you always keep a customer-first mentality to help solve problems with creative and tailored solutions.
