🌐 About the Role:

You will be on the frontlines handling customer disputes in Binance’s P2P marketplace. Your job is to investigate trading activities, ensure a safe and fraud-free platform, and help improve customer service processes and product features through root cause analysis and customer insights.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally arbitrate customer disputes within the P2P market.
• Investigate trading activities to detect and prevent fraud.
• Develop processes and a customer-centric culture that align with business goals.
• Use customer insights and root cause analytics to recommend product improvements.
• Represent the customer voice within Binance.
• Provide coaching and development through 1:1 feedback and personal development plans.
• Manage customer and complaint surveys to track customer experience.
• Share learnings from complaints internally and externally when appropriate.

✅ Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in customer-facing roles or customer service.
• Strong IT skills to handle technical queries.
• Exceptional written communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a big plus.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and irregular shifts.
• Prior experience as a Binance P2P user is highly preferred.
