• Handle entity incorporation and maintenance in various international jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, HR, and Legal teams.
• Draft corporate documents (e.g., board minutes, resolutions, POAs).
• Organize and coordinate board, committee, and shareholder meetings.
• Support statutory filings, annual/interim reports, and compliance.
• Manage external budget forecasts and cost control.
• Support documentation execution and ad hoc duties.

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• 5–10 years of relevant experience, ideally in financial services, MNCs, or listed companies.
• Academic background in law, business, or corporate governance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Agile mindset suitable for fast-paced tech environments.
• Experience handling cross-border governance and working with senior leadership.
