Role Overview

Token Metrics seeks a dynamic Chief of Staff to support executives with administrative tasks and strategic projects. This role requires a strategic leader with venture fund experience, crypto knowledge, and strong communication and project management skills, preferably with FinTech or Web3 background.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executives’ day-to-day operations: scheduling, travel, and correspondence.
• Lead strategy development and execution for closing crypto SPVs and securing investments.
• Interview and onboard VIP plan applicants.
• Edit investor newsletters for clarity and brand alignment.
• Collaborate across teams to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges.
• Stay informed on crypto industry trends, regulations, and emerging tech to aid strategic planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic leadership, ideally as a Chief of Staff.
• Experience working directly with Founders or CEOs.
• Involvement with venture funds essential.
• Proficient in crypto concepts (blockchain, Web3).
• Background in FinTech or Web3 industry.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Self-motivated, ethical, critical thinker comfortable challenging norms.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
