Job Description:
As a Client Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and the internal teams. You will ensure the successful delivery of projects, manage client expectations, and work closely with the team to drive strategies that align with client goals. This is a highly collaborative role where your ability to foster strong relationships, manage multiple projects, and provide strategic insights will directly contribute to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main liaison between clients and the internal team, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and provide timely solutions to any issues that arise.
Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met within the specified timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, content, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery and meet client expectations.
- Prepare and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, keeping clients updated on progress.
Strategic Planning:
- Understand the client’s goals and objectives, and help develop strategies to meet them.
- Provide insights, performance data, and reports to help optimize client outcomes and improve overall campaign performance.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify potential issues or roadblocks and find solutions to ensure projects stay on track.
- Ensure quality control of all deliverables, maintaining high standards for client work.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, demonstrating the impact of projects and campaigns.
- Analyze key metrics (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement based on data insights

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to manage relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software, project management tools, and performance reporting/analytics.
