A leading global cryptocurrency platform is seeking a highly driven and experienced Master Affiliate to expand its affiliate network and drive measurable trading volume growth. This position requires a strategic professional with a strong understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges and affiliate marketing dynamics. The ideal candidate will leverage existing networks, identify new partners, and deliver sustained ROI while operating within a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Affiliate Sourcing and Recruitment
• Identify, approach, and onboard local affiliates within the assigned country or region, focusing on high-potential markets such as Mongolia and the Caribbean.
• Utilize personal networks, industry connections, and market research to secure quality affiliate partners.
• Relationship Building and Management
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with recruited affiliates and sub-affiliates.
• Provide regular communication, updates, and strategic guidance to ensure affiliates remain engaged and productive.
• Performance Growth and Optimization
• Develop and execute strategies to drive trading volume and achieve ROI-positive results across the affiliate network.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and implement initiatives to maximize revenue and optimize conversion rates.
• Support and Leadership
• Offer continuous support and training to affiliates, ensuring they understand product offerings, promotional strategies, and compliance requirements.
• Manage and mentor sub-affiliates, including hiring and onboarding, to expand the network and increase overall effectiveness.

Compensation Package

• Base Payment: Fixed stipend of USD 500 per month.
• Account Access: Master Affiliate account privileges for managing and tracking affiliate performance.
• Performance Requirement: Role is contingent on achieving and maintaining ROI-positive outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• Essential
• Prior experience with cryptocurrency exchanges such as Bitget, Binance, OKX, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of P2P trading environments and crypto market trends.
• Preferred
• Established professional network within the target region (priority given to Mongolia or Caribbean markets).
• Proven track record of success in affiliate marketing, business development, or related roles.
• Desirable
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, results-oriented setting.
