About the Role:

Join Binance to design, analyze, and manage innovative structured financial products within the crypto ecosystem. You will play a critical role in creating tailored solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs, optimize returns, and manage risk in the digital asset market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate structured crypto products (e.g., tokenized derivatives, yield-bearing instruments).
• Develop and optimize advanced financial models for pricing, risk assessment, and performance forecasting.
• Collaborate with business, risk, legal, and product teams to structure and execute complex crypto finance transactions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and risk metrics, ensuring alignment with Binance’s risk appetite and regulatory standards.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and market insights for stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks and internal policies for crypto finance.
• Support the development and launch of new crypto-structured products.
• Stay current on emerging trends, regulations, and technological innovations in crypto and blockchain.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. CFA, CPA, or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in structured finance or investment banking, with a strong focus/interest in crypto.
• Understanding of crypto assets, blockchain technology, and digital financial instruments.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Knowledge of global crypto regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DeFi, tokenization, and yield optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with smart contracts, on-chain analytics, and blockchain protocols.
