About the Role:

Binance is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support global hiring efforts, focusing on corporate roles such as Compliance, Operations, and Customer Support. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment and partnering closely with business leaders to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to optimize recruitment strategies
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives
• Maintain structured and up-to-date recruitment databases
• Continuously build a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking

Requirements:

• 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech, top-tier agencies, or internet companies
• Experience hiring in Web3 or crypto is a plus
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
• Strong sourcing, selection, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles independently and meet deadlines
• Interest or enthusiasm for the crypto industry
