🧠 About the Role

You’ll be building and enhancing quantitative trading systems for a globally established SocialFi company. This is a hands-on developer role focused on system design, modeling, and cloud-based deployment of trading infrastructure.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Build and modularize quantitative trading systems and strategy platforms
• Architect, design, and abstract complex business requirements for quantitative asset management
• Write critical production-level code (Python, Go, or C++)
• Deploy systems on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) using Kubernetes and container-based architectures
• Maintain and evolve high-performance trading systems
• Collaborate on platform iteration and stability improvements

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

📚 Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in software development or quantitative engineering

💻 Technical Skills

• Python, C++, or Go (Python preferred for backend dev)
• Familiar with microservices, message queues, distributed systems
• Experience with high-frequency trading (HFT) or market-making systems is a major plus
• Deep understanding of Linux environments, data structures, and algorithms
• Exposure to open-source quant frameworks like VNPY is highly valued
• Familiarity with multithreading, performance optimization, and low-latency coding

🌐 Infrastructure Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
• Able to design and manage private Kubernetes clusters and handle resource deployment in containerized environments

🧠 Soft Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative and team-first attitude
