You’ll work directly with the CEO, CTO, and CPO to bring a 0-to-1 product to market.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and roadmap from scratch for a DEX targeting retail users
• Collaborate directly with C-level executives (CEO, CTO, CPO) on aligning product goals
• Lead product development across design, engineering, ops, and marketing
• Focus on feature prioritization (usability, security, scalability)
• Drive data-informed growth: user acquisition, retention, engagement
• Conduct market analysis to position the DEX competitively in DeFi
• Work closely with CTO on deep DeFi tech: AMMs, liquidity, smart contracts, governance
• Operate within a stealth-mode, high-discretion setting

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

🎯 Required Experience:

• Proven success at a top DEX (e.g., dYdX, Jupiter, Hyperliquid, Raydium, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to launch and scale DeFi products
• Deep understanding of DeFi mechanisms: AMMs, liquidity pools, tokenomics, etc.
• Technical proficiency—able to translate blockchain concepts for product delivery
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and C-level stakeholder alignment
• Ability to manage full product lifecycle in 0-to-1 environments
• Comfort working in fast-moving, high-stakes, and stealth environments
