Job Title: Regional Sales Representative, Northeast
Location: Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Territory (Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, New York, and New England)

Position Summary:
Patrick Industries is seeking a results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our growing Industrial Pillar, focusing on the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic territory. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth. This position offers one-on-one training, coaching from industry experts, and rapid growth opportunities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Introduce new products and service solutions to customers, working closely with the Manufacturing Team, Suppliers, and Inside Sales Support.
- Meet and exceed sales and margin targets through collaboration with Sales Managers, Inside Sales, Manufacturing Teams, and Supplier Sales Representatives.
- Track customer orders, communicate updates, and proactively address any potential issues.
- Work closely with Business Units to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Assure proper processing of customer orders, product costing, pricing, and quote generation in conjunction with Customer Service.
- Maintain a high level of personal values, including Courage, Empathy, Hunger, Perseverance, and Honesty.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in building materials, including cabinets, commercial casework markets, and construction project management, is highly preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in outside sales or project management is preferred.
- Established industry relationships are a plus.
- Ability to travel overnight up to 35% within the designated territory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build genuine relationships.
- Self-motivated and creative problem solver with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and project management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with changing priorities and adapt quickly.
- Ability to delegate sales support-related projects/tasks and follow through effectively.
