💼 About the Affiliate Marketing (Taiwan) Team

This team works on expanding Binance’s presence in Taiwan by collaborating with influencers and affiliates. As part of this team, you'll help grow the affiliate network, support promotional campaigns, and ensure successful influencer collaborations to drive user acquisition.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Affiliate Growth: Outreach to influencers (YouTubers, media figures) to join Binance’s affiliate program
• Onboarding & Coordination: Handle negotiations, paperwork, and initial setup for new affiliates
• Relationship Management: Maintain communication with key affiliate accounts, analyze performance, and suggest improvements
• Campaign Execution: Plan and run affiliate marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI
• Performance Analysis: Build reports, track data, and optimize affiliate strategies using internal tools
• Event Support: Assist in planning and executing both online and offline marketing events

📚 Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin – essential for cross-border collaboration and local engagement
• Strong self-learning and independent work ethic
• Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-project environments
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Background or experience in Business Development (BD) or Marketing is a plus
• Creativity is a bonus – especially for campaign ideas and influencer collaboration
• Passion and knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and Binance’s ecosystem are highly desirable
