Binance VIP & Institutional Team:

The VIP and Institutional team at Binance provides digital asset solutions to a wide range of market participants, including hedge funds, asset managers, fintech firms, and more. They offer premium services to the most influential players in the crypto industry.

Responsibilities:

• Account Servicing: Assist the Partnership Manager in managing day-to-day partner inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
• Lead Identification and Pitching: Support in identifying leads and pitching suitable Binance products to potential partners.
• Commercial Negotiations & Project Management: Participate in commercial negotiations and support the onboarding and integration process.
• Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners.
• Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, tech, and compliance for seamless partnership management.
• Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to enhance existing processes and increase efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-8 years in business development or partnerships, preferably in brokerage companies.
• Communication: Comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Industry Knowledge: Ability to identify and initiate conversations with key industry players.
• Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge: Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Mandarin, to coordinate with partners and stakeholders.
• Work Ethic: Disciplined and self-motivated to work independently.
• Education: Polytechnic or University Graduate; previous part-time or full-time work experience preferred.
• APIs Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs is a plus.
