Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll drive new business growth in North America by generating qualified leads, engaging with prospects, and collaborating across teams to develop go-to-market strategies. This role is a strong launchpad toward client-facing leadership roles like Enterprise Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Run outbound and inbound campaigns to generate leads
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team
• Conduct market and account research to identify decision-makers
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships
• Share insights on industry trends and customer needs
• Represent Adyen at industry events (virtual & in-person)
• Continuously develop expertise in Adyen’s platform and fintech

Requirements

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing role, with 1–2 years in B2B sales or business development
• Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Curious, driven, and self-motivated
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Aircall
• Full English proficiency required; French is a plus
