About the Role:

As a Security Advisor I, Falcon Complete, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall health and security posture of Falcon Complete customers. You will guide customers toward a secure experience with Falcon Complete, handling technical, security, and customer management tasks.

What You'll Do:

• Assess Falcon environment and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve security posture.
• Contact customers to address misalignments with Falcon Complete standards.
• Document and resolve customer issues following procedures and SLAs.
• Provide service reports and stats to customers as requested.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and troubleshoot technical issues.

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• Strong customer empathy and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
• Knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., SANS, ISC2).

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Incident Management, CSIRT operations, and Change Management.
• Knowledge of frameworks like ISO 27001/2, NIST, CIS, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, MITRE Att&ck.
• Prior experience as a security advisor or consultant.
