Job Summary

This is a paid internship under a university agreement (student status required). You will support the implementation and maintenance of Focused Improvement (FI) methodologies within the World Class Manufacturing framework, primarily in the Coating Process Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Support FI pillar team in capacity analysis, loss identification, and improvement actions.
• Participate in daily cell meetings, assessing losses and monitoring results in the Coating Area.
• Assist improvement teams in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Contribute to daily production meetings and performance indicator tracking.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Spanish university (agreement required)
• Studying Industrial Engineering or related field
• Fluent in Spanish (native level)
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Interest in manufacturing techniques
