- Job Title: Business Development Manager
- Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid — 3 days in-office, 2 remote)
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Seniority: Junior-Level

- Industries: Fintech, Legal Tech, Software, Financial Services, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy
🔹 Role Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will focus on new business acquisition by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities with new clients. Unlike the Sales Account Manager, which is account expansion, this is a hunter sales role — ideal if you enjoy building something from scratch and are driven by high-impact, commission-based success.
You’ll sell CSC’s Digital Brand Services:
- Domain Management
- Online Brand Protection Monitoring
- Digital Security Services
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end sales cycles (prospect, pitch, negotiate, close)
- Make outbound calls to generate new leads
- Build relationships with prospective clients and partners
- Represent CSC at networking events and industry functions
- Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and articulate their value
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
🔹 What They’re Looking For
- Self-starter, autonomous worker with a proactive mindset
- Strong outbound sales skills (phone/email/relationship-based)
- Ability to sell to executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Competitive, resilient, and persistent attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Salesforce knowledge not required but helpful)
