About the Role:

Binance is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and execute social strategy across key platforms in Africa. You’ll manage content, campaigns, and community engagement, with a strong focus on crypto culture and regional relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Binance social channels: X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop and execute social strategies supporting product and partnership goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on campaigns and content creation.
• Generate creative ideas aligned with crypto trends and community voice.
• Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.
• Analyze market trends to inform content and engagement strategy.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in digital marketing or social media roles.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; crypto-native mindset.
• Strong understanding of crypto trends and Binance’s products.
• Familiarity with all major social platforms.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient under pressure.
