About the Role:

Binance is seeking a Clearing Specialist or Manager to oversee fiat transaction flows, troubleshoot capital issues, and ensure smooth settlement processes across payment channels. This role involves risk monitoring, reconciliation, and operational support within a fast-paced global crypto exchange environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor system capital flow and ensure smooth integration of fiat channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer-related capital issues.
• Conduct capital reconciliation and support daily clearing operations.
• Analyze fund data and provide insights for improvements.
• Support marketing activity distribution and fund-related system tasks.
• Guide and support junior team members as needed.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in clearing/settlement (exchange, bank, or payment platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation, capital flow, and financial systems.
• Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus.
• Strong risk awareness, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and teams independently.
• Familiarity with internet and traditional finance; acquiring business experience (e.g., bank/Visa) is a plus.
